Join us at our canteen for a morning of Chinese tea, guided by the expertise of Yadi Qu. This session offers a sensory and philosophical exploration of tea, weaving together guided meditation, tastings, and stories of origin and meaning.

On this Saturday, we will explore a curated selection of Chinese tea families, tasting and brewing several teas to understand how water, time, and awareness shape the leaf.

If you’d like the fullest experience of flavour, time, and craft, this session can be paired with Sunday’s programme. A 15% discount applies when booking both.

About Yadi +

Yadi Qu is a scholar-practitioner of tea and Buddhist studies. Born in the ancient forest region of Shennongjia, where Emperor Shennong is said to have discovered tea, Yadi bridges ancient wisdom with the present moment. Her practice flows between the worlds of tea, incense, and contemplative discipline, rooted in the Nyingma and Nāth traditions and refined through years of academic and spiritual study.
